2. Nominal Service Fee

All consultation, documentation, and slot-assistance services are charged at a nominal, non-refundable fee.
This fee covers our expertise, time, and technical support—not visa outcome.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa approval or rejection is entirely the decision of the US Embassy/Consulate.
Alfawaz Travels does not guarantee visa approval, SEVIS acceptance, or immediate slot availability.

4. Slot Availability Disclaimer

Visa slot availability depends on the US Visa Appointment System.
We help with tracking and booking, but we cannot guarantee specific dates, fast availability, or priority slots.

5. Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete passport, personal, academic, and work details.
Alfawaz Travels is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments must be completed before service begins.

• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.

• Payment details are not stored by us.

7. Document Handling

Your documents and personal information are kept confidential and used strictly for visa-related services.
However, users are responsible for safeguarding their own data when sharing it online.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We rely on external platforms such as the US Visa Appointment System, SEVIS Portal, and payment gateways.
Alfawaz Travels is not liable for delays, errors, or downtime caused by these third-party systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• visa rejection,

• third-party delays,

• system outages,

• loss of travel bookings,

• or any indirect damages.

Our services are consultation and assistance only.

10. Service Completion

A service is considered completed when:

• DS-160 assistance is provided,

• Slot booking attempts are made or booked (subject to availability),

• Consultation/document review is delivered.

11. Cancellation Policy

Once work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
All fees remain non-refundable.

12. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled securely and not shared with unauthorized parties.
Internal access is limited to staff involved in delivering your service.
